 Welcome
to Bob Chapman Homes, one of Brunswick County's most
recognized names for building quality homes.
Bob Chapman has worked in the home building
industry for over 35 years, having built over 200 homes from
the mountains of North Carolina to the coast of both North
Carolina and South Carolina. Having been in Brunswick County
since 1989, Bob is well established in the community.
We specialize in quality homes ranging in
size from 1600 - 2500 sq. ft. and offer standard features in
our homes that are upgrades for most home builders, i.e.;
custom built kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, ceramic
tile, crown moldings, chair rail in the dining areas,
stained glass front doors...and the list goes on. Bob takes
a lot of pride in the homes he builds. His philosophy is to
build quality homes at a fair and affordable price. Bob has
assembled a team of skilled craftsman that create a home
built to the highest quality standards reflecting our slogan
that each home is "Built With Pride."

Chapman, owner and operator is a "hands-on" contractor and,
along with his son Zach, personally supervise each project
from start to finish. They work meticulously to ensure that
what they build is what their customer wants, and get's the
attention to detail that each home deserves.
Bob Chapman Homes, with an office in Ocean
Isle Beach, has built homes from Calabash to Shallotte in
several different communities.
Bob is a member of the South Brunswick
Homebuilders Association and the South Brunswick Chamber of
Commerce.
